  1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms: Welcome to Sena Study Abroad. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the educational consultancy services provided by us. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services for university admissions and visa processing, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.
  2. Scope of Services: Sena Study Abroad acts as a facilitator and consulting body between prospective students and international educational institutions. Our services include, but are not limited to: profile assessment, career counseling, university application processing, SOP/CV guidance, interview preparation, and visa documentation audit for destinations including the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Malta, Cyprus, Malaysia, Japan, and China.

Disclaimer of Guarantee: While we apply our highest institutional standards and expertise to process your applications, we do not and cannot guarantee university admissions, scholarship awards, or visa approvals. The final decision rests entirely with the respective university admissions departments and the sovereign immigration authorities (Embassies/High Commissions) of the destination countries.

  1. Student & Guardian Responsibilities: To ensure a smooth and compliant process, you agree to the following responsibilities:
  • Timely Communication: You must respond to requests for information, attend scheduled mock interviews, and submit required documents within the deadlines set by our counselors.
  • Direct Payments: You are responsible for paying all third-party fees directly. This includes university application fees, tuition deposits, visa application fees, medical test fees, and immigration health surcharges.
  • Policy Awareness: You must attend our pre-departure briefings and independently familiarize yourself with the visa conditions and local laws of your destination country.
  1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Fraud & Document Authenticity: As an affiliate of Sena Kalyan Overseas Employment Services Ltd (SKOESL – RL 1453), we maintain a strict, military-grade compliance standard.
  • You guarantee that all academic transcripts, financial statements, language proficiency scores (IELTS/PTE), and identification documents submitted through us are 100% genuine, original, and legally verifiable.
  • If we discover that any forged, altered, or fraudulent document has been provided, we reserve the right to immediately terminate our services, withdraw any pending university or visa applications, and forfeit any consultancy fees paid to us. We also reserve the right to report fraudulent activities to the relevant legal and immigration authorities.
  1. Financial Terms, Fees, and Refunds
  • Consultancy Fees: Any service charges levied by Sena Study Abroad for processing your file will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before the commencement of services.
  • Third-Party Refunds: Sena Study Abroad is not liable for the refund of any payments made to third parties (e.g., University Tuition Deposits, Embassy Visa Fees, VFS charges). If your visa is refused, any refund of tuition deposits will be strictly governed by the specific refund policy of the respective university. We will assist you in applying for the refund, but we do not control the timeline or the final refunded amount.
  1. Changes in Immigration and University Policies: International immigration laws, university entry requirements, and currency exchange rates are subject to change without prior notice. Sena Study Abroad shall not be held liable for any visa refusals, application rejections, or financial losses resulting from sudden policy changes implemented by foreign governments or educational institutions during your application process.
  2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sena Study Abroad, its directors, officers, and employees (including Sena Kalyan Sangstha and SKOESL) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss due to visa refusal, flight cancellations, academic failure abroad, or deportation.
  3. Intellectual Property: All content, logos, text, graphics, and digital materials on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Sena Study Abroad and Sena Kalyan Sangstha. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without our prior written consent.
  4. Integration with Privacy Policy: Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and protect your personal and financial data. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and consent to our Privacy Policy.
  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
