Student Document Checklist

Prepare for Your Future with Sena Study Abroad

To ensure a smooth and fast processing experience, please organize your documents according to the stages below. As a concern of Sena Kalyan Sangstha, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent documents. Please ensure all submitted documents are genuine and verifiable.

Phase 1: Initial Assessment (First Visit)

Bring these for your free counseling session to get an accurate profile evaluation.

  • Passport Copy: Information page (if available).
  • CV / Resume: Detailed curriculum vitae including educational history.
  • Academic Transcripts: Photocopies of SSC, HSC, and Bachelor’s (if applicable) mark sheets.
  • English Test Score: Copy of IELTS / TOEFL / PTE / Duolingo score (if taken).

Phase 2: University Application

Required to apply for the Offer Letter.

  • Valid Passport: Must have at least 6+ months validity remaining.
  • All Academic Certificates: (SSC, HSC, Diploma, Bachelor’s, Masters).
  • All Academic Transcripts: (Mark sheets for all years/semesters).
  • Two Recommendation Letters (LOR): From school/college teachers or university professors (on official letterhead).
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP): A personal essay detailing why you want to study this course and in this country.
  • Job Experience Letter: (If you have a study gap).
  • Passport Size Photo: White background (Matte paper preferred).

Phase 3: Visa & Financial Compliance

Required for the Embassy/High Commission. We will guide you on the specific amounts needed.

  • Bank Solvency Certificate: Issued by the bank stating the account balance.
  • Bank Statement: Usually past 6 months to 1 year of transaction history.
  • Source of Income Documents:
    • If Business: Trade License, TIN Certificate, Tax Returns (last 3 years).
    • If Salaried: Salary Certificate, Pay Slips, Bank statement showing salary credit.
    • If Agriculture: Land documents, receipt of crop sale.
  • Sponsor Affidavit: A legal declaration from your parents/sponsor agreeing to fund your studies.
  • Asset Valuation: Evaluation of property/land/gold (required for Australia/Canada).
  • NID Cards: Copies of National ID for both Student and Sponsor.

Phase 4: Medical & Police Clearance

Required before final visa submission.

  • TB Test Report: (Specifically for UK applicants).
  • Medical Health Checkup: (For Malaysia, Australia, Canada applicants).
  • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): To prove no criminal record.
